Day 1 - SerengetiMeals: L D
On arrival in Tanzania you will make your way to the safari capital of East Africa, Arusha. We can help by arranging transfers for you from the Kilimanjaro International Airport. Once in Arusha you will catch your scheduled domestic flight to the Serengeti where a driver guide from Soroi will be waiting to meet you at the airstrip. Your safari starts here as you are whisked off to the lodge to get your first taste of your luxury accommodation. After a late lunch and a few hours of down time its time for your first game drive. Back at the lodge sunset drinks and dinner is served to round off an exciting first night in the bush.

Accommodation: Soroi Serengeti
Day 2 - SerengetiMeals: B L D
The early morning hours are the best time to view the animals. Its at this time they tend to be there most active before the sun rises to high and the heat makes them retreat to the shade of the scrub and trees. After a good morning out you will return to the lodge in time for breakfast followed by a morning of relaxing before your evening game drive. Back at the lodge sunset drinks are served before dinner.

Accommodation: Soroi Serengeti
Day 3 - SerengetiMeals: B L D
Its your last chance to spot the animals you haven’t so far ticked off your list. To give you an even better chance take a picnic breakfast out with you. This will take the pressure off trying to get back in time to get breakfast at the lodge. After what we hope will be an exciting morning you can enjoy lunch and the early afternoon back at the lodge before a last drive and a farewell dinner.

Accommodation: Soroi Serengeti

Although there will be no special strength and fitness requirements, please note that safari lodges situated in remote areas are by their very nature lacking in many of the modern conveniences found in cities. For this reason please be prepared for uneven floors and sometimes challenging access.
You must be able-bodied and have the ability to move independently without help on most of our tours. If you have any specific mobility requirements please contact us beforehand.

The food prepared at the lodges and/or hotels on this tour will be of an international nature and suited to a broad range of visitors. If you have any specific dietary requirements please let us know in advance so that we can inform the lodges and hotels along the route. Alcoholic drinks, unless specifically mentioned in the itinerary, are not included in the price.

Health and vaccinations:

You should speak to your health provider about what vaccinations you will need for your trip to Tanzania. In addition, most doctors recommend taking anti-malarial pills for your visit and following measures to avoid being bitten by mosquitos, such as covering up exposed arms and legs. Lodges will provide mosquito nets over the beds.
If you take any medication, be sure to bring it with you, as well as details of your prescription.
We advise all travellers to take out comprehensive travel insurance before their trip.

What to wear:

Although Tanzania lies in the tropics it can get chilly in the evenings and early mornings. On this trip we recommend that you include the following in your baggage:
- A pair of sturdy lightweight shoes or boots
- Light coloured clothing with long sleeves and legs for the evenings and early mornings
- A hat to keep the strong sun off your head

We recommend that you do not forget to pack the following:
- Insect repellant cream/spray
- Camera and binoculars
- A torch (flashlight)
- A waterproof/dustproof bag
